By accessing or using AutoFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

AutoFlow is a business automation platform that provides AI-driven workflows, chat systems, and integration services with third-party tools. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI chat assistance with tool integrations

• Pre-built workflow templates

• Enterprise automation systems (Lead Management, etc.)

User Account and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Connected Services

• You are solely responsible for authorizing connections to your third-party accounts

• You warrant that you have the legal right to connect and share data from these accounts

• You understand that AutoFlow will access, process, and potentially modify data in your connected accounts

• You are responsible for any actions taken by AutoFlow on your behalf in connected services

Service Usage

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit malicious code or harmful content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Overload or disrupt our systems through excessive usage

Data Processing

• By using AutoFlow, you grant us permission to process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

• You understand that AI processing may not always be 100% accurate

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any automated actions or outputs

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

• Enterprise systems require setup fees (e.g., Lead Management System: $1,500)

• All fees are completely non-refundable under any circumstances

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice

• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Token and Usage System

• Your plan includes a specified amount of tokens and seats per month

• Unused tokens do not roll over and will be reset at the beginning of each new billing cycle

• If you exceed your token limit, additional usage may be restricted or subject to overage fees

• Seats refer to the number of users who can access your account simultaneously
  
  

Free Services

• Some features may be provided free of charge

• We reserve the right to limit or discontinue free services at any time

Service Availability and Performance

No Uptime Guarantees

• We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime

• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions

• We are not liable for any damages caused by service unavailability

Third-Party Dependencies

• Our service relies on third-party providers (Supabase, Composio, OpenAI, N8N, etc.)

• Service disruptions by these providers may affect AutoFlow functionality

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or limitations

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• AutoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim

• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

• We assume no liability for actions taken by AI systems or automated processes

Data and Integration Risks

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with:

• Data sharing with third-party services

• Automated processing and AI decision-making

• Potential unauthorized access or data breaches

• Integration failures or data synchronization issues

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Any data or content you provide or process through the Service

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• AutoFlow retains all rights to the Service, including software, algorithms, and proprietary technology

• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your data and content

• You grant us a license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide the Service
